yup-your trajectory is remarkably similar to mine. I usually hold off with the fastforward button until at least a ways into a show, but not with this one.

and you reached possibly my favorite scene thus far:)

What's your favorite scene?

Btw, off topic, but I know you love British period dramas. Have you ever watched Our Mutual Friend? It's really really good and has TWO awesome love stories, to boot.

the love-making one. I had a brief flashback to Mars, though it wasn't nearly as delicious.

and no, I haven't, but I love Dickens(watched Bleak House recently and loved it) so I'll have to get on this!

The annoyingness of Jason in Season 1 is offset by his awesomeness in Season 2. He was my favorite part of the first half of the season. Tara continues to be boring.

PS - I am a Bill/Sookie shipper too, even though I do like Eric.

Jason of S1 has nowhere to go but up :)

Jason is SO MUCH better in season 2. And there's less of the bad porn, too (although still some good stuff).

Less of those ridiculous sex scenes is always good - they are so loltastic.

I am on ep 8 of S1, but omg, S2 is full of eric awesomeness. ;)

And now I totally get the Bill/Sookie otp, since I've started True Blood S2, so I was all blah on them.

Also, must note that Ryan Kwanten is incredibly hot in person. I saw him last night at the Jimmy Kimmel studio. :)

I missed the premiere of TB here in the UK. But I've heard so many great things, I may need to catch up online.
