I love you, Spring Waltz!

Note: I know i normally am a spoiler whore so that is why I am putting this here. Please, don't spoil me for anything after ep 9 except for very general spoilers.

OMGOMGOMGOMG episodes 8 and 9 of Spring Waltz are so full of delightful shippy scenes I just might die.

Protectiveness FTW! Both in the hotel lobby (when he makes that snobbish cow apologize) and with the loan sharks. OMG.

How beyond adorable was the scene when Eun-Young was drunk and wandered into the vicinity of Jae Ha's house and the scene with the umbrella (the way he holds it over her and tries to get her to come in so she won't be wet) and the rain and his giving her the compact he bought and her drunken ramblings (I love how matter-of-fact and amused he is) and his protectiveness and the cuteness and OMG that is the first time we have ever ever seen him smile like this. And when the two of them are like this, it's as if they are enveloped in their own private space!

The bit where she thanks him is PRICELESS (the whole compact thing is so cute. I love that he carried it around for ages).

Heeee. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Scooter. And she is the one driving and he is clutching on to her for dear life. And then he tied her hair with his handkerchief so it won't get into her face as she drives. DEAD.

I love how now she is his assistant and he sees her daily, the cold facade of his doesn't have a chance - he first gets into the back seat of the car but in a few days he gets in front to sit next to her. She doesn't let him blow up at her during his temperamental "I am working" bits (I love the whole thing where he loses his temper and she completely ignores it and teases him and he ends up being so amused and they go out to eat). I think this is the happiest he's been in years - she is thawing him and making him feel normal. (Compare to Secondary Girl. Even if Eun-Young wasn't in the picture and Secondary Girl wasn't so unappealing, they make a pretty dull couple and he is very shut off.)

AND THEN CAME THE SCENE WITH THE CHICKENS. CHICKENS. THEM PLAYING. AND THERE WAS A BABY. THEY HAD TO TAKE CARE OF A BABY TOGETHER. AND HE WAS GOOD WITH IT AND HELD IT AND MADE FORMULA FOR IT AND SHE FED IT AND THE OLDER SIBLING SAID THEY LOOKED LIKE HIS PARENTS AND IT WAS SO ADORABLE MY CAPSLOCK IS PERMANENTLY BROKEN. And then they had to share a room and she warned him not to come over to which he retorted never ever but as soon as she fell asleep he wandered over and THE WAY HE WANTED TO TOUCH HER CHEEK SO BADLY AND HELD HIS HAND OVER HER OMGOMGOMG.

In other news, Jae Ha's adoptive parents continue to be stabbable. Also, the drama has almost as much of a fixation with Jae Ha's gorgeous gorgeous hands with super-long fingers as I do.

And this is the first time we've seen Jae Ha so happy or Eun-Young so emotionally involved since they were kids. EEEE!
