Vast conspiracies, hot men with guns, angst and hurt/comfort, make-outs, complicated plots. YES. YES. Oh Vic, you never disappoint.

O.M.G. Kingone Wang is in this??? the degree of separation between Twactors is even smaller than I thought - he JUST starred with Zaizai in Wish to See You again. also, that's Vic best friend from Mars!!! Xiu Jie Kai, unless I"m crazy. and why does the girl that gets shot about halway through look so much like Barbie Xu? (or maybe I'm just being wishful..)

also, is that ZAIZAI ripped and making out in a hot love scene???

FINALLY, a serious drama for zaizai after Mars! I've been waiting for this to come out for a long time, and it looks like awesomeness personified. ANGST! Violence and darkness! hot cops!! teamwork! a love interest with backbone to spare!! this could almost not be more wonderful(if Da S was the love interest I think I'd consider it near-perfect).

I'm really glad they finally gave Vic a serious role; I've been disappointed in his acting more and more as I've watched all his lighter roles after Mars, and I have a strong feeling he's best at dramatic roles, that that's the only time his best acting comes out.

Yes, it's the awesome 'never get the girl' Kingone as the bad guy - killing people without looking. I always knew he'd snap one day :P And yup, it's Da Ye from Mars.

Have you seen Vic in Silence? I thought he was incredible in it, but it's another angsty one. Super angsty, actually. (I quiteliked him in Wish to see you, too - it was such a deliciously off-beat drama).

If Da S was the love interest in this, I'd expire from the awesomeness, so just as well.

I have seen Silence and did love it(wrote an epic-length write up on it if you remember. Don't get me wrong - I"ve seen almost all Vic's dramas and loved nearly all of them - it was just a disappointment because he never attained the level/nuance of acting that he did in Mars - he was good, but not that good. I started almost thinking that it was just that one role as Ling that might as well have been written for him, that allowed him to reach that level. But nope, it looks like maybe I was wrong and it's just that he thrives in dark drama instead of light comedy :) MM. you go for it Zai zai! I prefer you angry, angsty, brooding and troubled (and preferably shirtless and gun-toting) than only semi-dysfunctional like most of your dramas.

There were rumours flying around a while ago that he'd star with Barbie in her new drama, but they proved to be groundless as I wrote here (then it was Dylan Guo of The Outsiders, but he was dropped too) and now it's Peter Ho and Huang Xiaoming, neither of whom I'm familiar with. Ah well. I did

Mars was a pretty exceptional drama though - it and The Outsiders are basically unparalleled for me, as far as Taiwanese dramas go. But hope B&W will be good.

Peter Ho and Huang Xiaoming

Really? EEEEE! Huang Xiaoming was the male lead of the only wuxia I've ever loved - Return of the Cobdor Heroes. I think he is freakishly hot. I like Peter Ho (he was in Butterfly Lovers drama, among other things) too, so yay!

I prefer you angry, angsty, brooding and troubled (and preferably shirtless and gun-toting) than only semi-dysfunctional like most of your dramas.

yupyup. Oh, I'm glad you think Huang Xiaoming is hot because Peter Ho from the pictures looked hotter to me, but I'm pretty sure it's Huang she ends up with. It's called Summer of Bubbles and you can read more about it at the link I gave above, btw. It sounds AWESOME.

have you heard anything about Corner with Love 2, speaking of Barbie dramas, btw?

there was a lot of rumours about Cw2 swirling around at about the same time as Summer Bubbles news came out, but since then there's been no word since then I don't think so :( sadness.

Dude, I THOUGHT that was Xiu Jie Kai! I noticed a ton of people in the trailer than are regulars in twdramas. Na Wei Xun (aka Ethan's effeminate assistant from FtLY) is in it too! And he's kinda bad ass...

But yeah, I wasn't sure if I'd like this show when I first heard about it, but then they added Chuan Yi to the lineup... My two favorite Taiwanese guys in one show? I was hooked.
