Somewhere in episode 3, I fell in love with Hello Miss. Or, more importantly, I fell in love with Dong Gyu (the hero) and my desire to see him get what he wants (namely the heroine) and seeing how that is accomplished.
I have started HM ages ago, and liked it, but didn't love it, so being me, I sidetracked. But even then, I adored Dong Gyu, who is surely one of the sweetest, well-adjusted, and awesome drama heroes out there.
But still, this wasn't a push to watch it again, until
meganbmoore started posting about it.
And sometime in the middle of ep 3 I got to this scene and was a goner.
Poor Aegesshi is getting hammered because she is upset:
Why is she upset? The same reason Dong Gyu is waiting for her outside her house for hours. He misunderstood something and thought she was scamming for money.
He sees her stumble home and asks if she is OK:
And she is all, understandably, still mad, and is all 'WTF, get away'
So we get this:
OMGOMGOMGOMG He is kneeling in the street
And he asks her forgiveness. Did I mention the fact that his mistake was understandable, and it's not like he is her BFF who knows her really well or something. But no hesitation or pride or anything!
She is kinda being a bitch. Seriously. This is a totally thorough apology, so I don't see what more she wants. But I think she is not only drunk, but she is extra upset because she likes him and doesn't want to let herself:
She tries to make him get up but he won't:
She is super-mad:
OMGOMGOMG He tells her he loves her!
Somehow she takes it as a sort of insulting joke he doesn't mean and storms off. Why? Seriously? Why??????
