Click to viewI guess SSB:Brawl players should at least give the English-patched Mother 3 a go, just for the sake of getting to know Lucas. I played the first Earthbound, pretty interesting, but what ultimately killed my gameplaying interest was the boring DQ-ish combat (gets old fast). Which is a shame, since I read that the ending was really touching. This one seems to have a more interesting combat screen however (you can see the characters popping out during their attack phase), but it's still the same thing. I'll probably give it a miss until I totally exhaust my to-finish list.
One of them was Tales of Phantasia, SNES. However, I've yet to try the English Patch for the PSX version. Provided I can obtain ToP-PSX that is. Sigh.
