Man Up!
My favorite phrase today is 'Man Up!' it's more like my favorite thing to want to yell at the world. I take it in both the recognized urban dictionary way AND, or even OR- a much broader sense as well, which entails sticking to one's beliefs, doing the right thing, compassion, handling responsibility- a certain kind of nobility overall. I think the phrase applies to both men and women (for lack of a better phrase)- but it seems like more men are in need of it right now, from my vantage point. Or if I really look around and try to pick who I think can or usually does 'Man up!'- I'm surprised and disappointed there aren't more.
