Happiness for Holidays, yay
Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season. I enjoy being in an inter-faith couple. We opened presents on Yule and Xmas. Okok, we're a poor musician and poet, so we opened ONE gift from/to one another on Yule and one on Xmas. Teeheee.
Went to my mom and Dad's house for Xmas. The time flew happily by, for the most part believe it or not. And the happy part that almost made me cry--they got a present for Jeana. And Dad asked where she was and I said "Uhm. I didn't think she was welcome" (note: I would *insist she be welcome or I wouldn't come either, but there's grandparents and kids complications I wo;t go into now). And anyhow he said of course she was welcomer and alter mom really wanted to make sure I got thr present for her and told me exciteldy all about it and how she thought JKeana couls use it because she's on the road so much and I said I would ahjve brought Jeana but thgouht it would cause issues and mom looked away sadly and then said that of course Jeana could come. And my aunt, who I only gave a card to because I'm pooor but also because I'm amd at her for refusing to come to the wedding, when she hugged me goodbye, she said to tel Jeana Merry Christmas. Besides all that happiness, I jsut had a really good time and it was fun with all 27ish people running around like crazy and having fun with the kiddies. Jeana and I are going to have mom and dad over for dinner soon. Hopefully that will be another great experice and won't suddenly turn to shit like things are wont to do. I'm trying to enjoy family connectedness yet stay prepared for it to all go away again, because it alwayus does. I wish I didn't ahve to gaurd my heart and could fully enojy everything, but I'm still riding high, overall. I also got to see my 19 year cousin who is looking at 17 yrs in prison--thgouh not offocially sentneced yetm last I was able to glean from the hushhush family---so it was good to see him, and I hope the fucktards in charge don't steal his life away like that--he;'s a goof person., It's stupid drug charges. Anyway, not going to dwell on that, either, jsut going to keep the glow going for awhile.

Ok, back to being domestic Dyke. Moving in takes forever. I've been enjoying that, too, fgor the most part.
