so.
i noticed some new-ish minute maid juices in my local 7 eleven, which were lookin pretty tasty. they were also on sale, so i bought a couple. (part of their 'fruit solutions' range)
i bought one called 'healthy start', which was pretty tasty, and as it turns out, not nearly as scary as the OTHER one i bought, called 'omega-3'. out of boredom/curiousity, i was reading the ingedients (im no longer vegetarian and dont have allergies so i dont often read the ingredients on much of anything) and was pretty disturbed when i saw that it contains 'encapsulated fish oil' but then kept reading and was pretty horrified to see 'fish gelatin', what the fuck?! gross!
and on top of THAT, canola and sunflower oil! jesus. thats some sunny d shit, right there!

ingredients:
Fruit juices from concentrate (orange, grape and passionfruit), mango puree, natural flavour, encapsulated fish oil (refined fish oil (anchovy, sardine), fish gelatin, sodium phosphate, sodium ascorbate, canola and sunflower oils, natural flavour, soy tocopherols, citric acid), potassium citrate (potassium), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ferric pyrophosphate (iron), hydrolyzed soy lecithin, folic acid (folate), thiamine mononitrate (thiamine)

ok, so maybe i should have been curious after seeing it was called 'omega-3' (whats in juice that contains omega 3? actually, i dont really know what contains omega-3...) but well. im not a very health conscious person. i guess i didnt really think about it, it just looked tasty.
anyways. i wont be drinking it again.
but the healthy start juice is pretty good.

ingredients:
Fruit juices from concentrate (orange, grape and strawberry), banana puree, natural flavour, soy protein isolate, citrus pectin, phosphoric acid, potassium citrate (potassium), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), citric acid (controls tartness), natural colour, ferric pyrophosphate (iron), folic acid (folate), thiamine mononitrate (thiamine)
