Working All Day Mean Little Man

Hey Folks,

so I actually have done well with the no red meat thing, and have not really gone overboard on the other stuff. I have also been drinking tons of water and eating healther.

Tonight I started circut training again, I did 50 regular pushups, 25 diamonds, and 25 wide grip. Needless to say last time i did this i was about 30 pounds lighter so right now my chest is on fire, but I will do 100 crunches tomorrow, 100 squats friday, work out sat and take off sunday. Then I will just keep moiving with that pace and hopefully find time for therapy again. I really miss the pool and want to get back in there alot.

That should do it for now
