Well, that last line isn't mine. But it is such a beautiful line, heart breakingly so. :)

this is so fabulous! i loved cassie and i loved all the dialogue/situations with her dad. it's so great. i've been an uber vampire fan since buffy (non-twilight since i haven't read them). cant wait to read more.

Thank you very much! That means a lot, actually, particularly since her dad isn't the most interesting guy in the world. But you know, it can be hard when you hear terrible things about someone you love, and reconciling the two. But anyway.

This story is so captivating, can't really wait for the next chapter! Cassie is lovely here, I think I sort of forgot how unusual and enigmatic she can be, thanks for reminding it. I guess, being a vampire actually suites her well. Also I need to re-watch her episode from the S1. Right now.

And Emily - cutest bloodsucker, like, ever. Cute as a kitten. Vampire kitten. Now, that sounds odd...

Anyway, thank you for your writing. I'll be here eagerly waiting for more.

Wow, thank you! Unfortunately I haven't written it yet, but it should be up by the end of the week! And thanks especially for the Cassie comments, I haven't written her before, but she was always a favourite of mine. That episode from S1 kills me. Hrmm. Maybe I'll rewatch it too.

Haha Emily is lovely, regardless of whether she's a bloodsucker or not. I think so anyway. Oh well, now that the majority of the 'WTF' is over, she shouldn't be absent at all.
