KitchenAid Mixers
With Z making wedding cakes with all of their attendant fondant, we're thinking about getting a KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I can never figure out if they are worth all of the hype or not, but I know a lot of people on my flist have them. Which one do you have? Do you think it is worth it? Do you think that buying one with a bigger motor is worthwhile or is the Artisan enough?
