Allergist Followup

He was very happy to see how well my sinuses have cleared up. He was less excited about the continued pressure in my sinuses. I was allergy tested on both arms and my back. While I am mildly allergic to everything, I am not actually allergic enough to get shots. This news disappointed him. "I'm usually excited to do shots. It means we have found a solution to someone's problems." In the meantime, we're just going to keep monitoring it.

He switched around my asthma meds to a lower dose. I'm 20% above the average peak flow for someone my size, so he feels it's OK. He did say, though, that it's not abnormal for someone who exercises a lot to have a much higher personal average peak flow. I almost don't want to play with my inhalers. After spending months 20% below my average peak flow and only slightly less the average peak flow for someone my size, I really was enjoying all that the extra air.
