A Piece a Day: The Queen is Dead. Long Live the Queen
I'm not crazy for fireworks. I like them well enough but I don't usually make a point to see the big displays that are put on for holidays. Last night, though, I made my way to Christie Pits to check out the numerous displays of fireworks coming from in and around the pit for Victoria Day. There was a cacophony of noise and colour coming from every possible direction. It was firework malarkey. I don't think I've ever enjoyed fireworks as much as I did last night. I got many a great photo. But, since I have to be at work in Scarborough 8 hours from now, I'm only going to post a couple.
