Oh Fu!

So despite only going back to Kung Fu a month ago and despite the fact that I had had a 9 month break from it, my instructor, in his wisdom has decided to put me in for my next belt grading already. When will this grading take place? Well, that would be tonight at 8pm. Of course. Oh rapture. This for the man who in training got thrown a duff punch and almost took out his training partner's throat in response or the man who accidentally smacked another foolish partner in the dangleys while undertaking another grading move. Tum te tum. And I wasn't even nervous then.

Still, if I get through it I'll have my second red grade and be half way to my black belt. It's a long slow, uphill road but I should be able to make it in three or four years...
