Classic FM and other malarky

Working at classic fm was fucking awesome, there were like 20 people around a big board meeting type table all with telephones, and whenever someone rang it would ring on all the phones so it became a race to pick up first and get the caller, and when there was a good prize (they were running an instant auction thing) the phones would go crazy and you would have to pick it up, ask what they wanted and then shout it to this lady so she could cross it off the list and stop someone else selling it. It was proper intense I tell thee. When we finished the woman who organised it gave us her email to sort out more work experience and they paid for a cab home to egham, from leicester square. Ace.

Separately I discovered i was a moron yesterday when after worrying about my lack of money for cardiff tonight I decided to watch the peep show dvd Emma had lent me, looked in the bag she gave it to me in, found a christmas card which contained the tenner she owed me. Had been sitting on the side since friday dammit.

Supposed to be seeing a band with (housemate) dave on friday at a club in shoreditch. Band is called Deluka and are pretty good (based on myspace) club sounds like it is going to be hideously overpriced, so long as its cheap to get in I can get drunk on the way.

My little brother has bought the blood arm album, it is awesome, everyone should listen to it
