I've thought a lot about writing an entry detailing my thoughts on the current political climate of the United States. Of course, like many of my thoughts, they often hop on a train to Nowhere Land. Last night, while I was on break at work, I learned of some rather shocking news that I have to share here in this moment. Kid Rock is contemplating running for the US Senate. I don't have the time or energy to go into all of my deeply held beliefs about the present state of our country. Suffice to say that I truly feel as though I have slipped into an alternate dimension, an alternate reality. I wish that were my being hyperbolic. It's not. Donald Trump is President and Kid Rock is mulling a US Senate run. I hope many years from now that I look back on this entry and can say that everything has changed for the better.
