[Loud Danish cursing can be heard filtering through the Kierkegaard residence]

Can someone please speak in a language I understand...even English is fine!

I just never did get a hold of Kiku's language...something about a car, right?

People are talking about those cars or like that sushi stuff...I think.

Oh no, not at all! Though it's been quite a while since I've spoken Danish, I'm afraid. I'm a little on the rusty side! But I have to admit my Norwegian is even more out of practise! Oh, but reading Sørensen's
Strange Stories helped quite a bit!

Oh, I like just about any author I've read! Come to think of it, I do.

I love books of all kinds! Mr. Joker likes to say that I am quite literally 'in love with books', which I can't disagree with! There really is nothing quite like the faint, sweet scent of ink drifting in the air, the crisp feel of paper beneath the fingertips, the subtle strength of the binding...

Printing is an art form, finely honed through the ages though labours of love and a desire for perfection, and each book is a work of art onto itself! Each page is like a stage on which words dance, and in the weaving of those elements lies infinite tales and worlds beyond counting...All the emotions of the human soul recorded on the page and given life by the words written on them! Within them sleeps infinity itself, beyond the limits of the physical, where I could spend all my life wandering in the sea of words...

Oh, do pardon me...yes, I'm rather new here. I'm Yomiko Readman, and it's a pleasure to meet you! I do wish the circumstances were better, though.
