Jared did a great job playing the kid in the first scene, so why in the hell didn't they do the whole episode that way? It wouldn't have made up for ruining the concept of Sam and Dean switching bodies, but it would've been so much funnier (and actually vid-able).
Dean (after about 40 years) realizes Sam isn't Sam because this Sam actually likes him. That would've been more effective for me if Sam hadn't drunkenly confessed his love for Dean last week.
Okay, and the weird ending where they drop off the kids and nobody mentions the blond kid's dead body is still in the basement? Um, that kid's parents are going to come home eventually. Not Sam and Dean's problem, sure, but still really weird.
