Blue, there is a song for you...
This album reminds me of long car journeys with my dad. It has gone on to be probably one of my favourite albums of all time. Songs such as Carey, A Case Of You, Last Time I Saw Richard, River and California just melt me. There is something about Joni which just cuts to the core, more so than any other artist I know. Her simplistic structures and weird chords give me chills and her voice takes me to another plain. Autumn is the perfect time for Joni.
