HA! I'm not actually a moron!
I asked the IT guy here if there was any way to print .mdi files, since Microsoft ImageWriter only responds to those types of files in Office 2003. He had it on his notebook and let me use it to print my stuff!
I printed it all and I hope it's good enough. The book is all about QuickBooks 2005, but I could only purchase the 2006 version because that was all that was available. As a result, the instructions that had me print out the lists didn't pertain to what I have, and the results aren't the same as on the school website where the answers are.
