i see the X in the browser, but it shows up fine when i download it. that's really weird though, do you know why that happens to you sometimes?

Nope. No one's ever had this much of a problem. Last time the issue was that someone was using IE as their browser and then they switched to Firefox and it was fine.

Sometimes me and technology just don't get along I guess

yeah, i would have switched to firefox to try it, but i don't have it.

by the by, they all show up fine in firefox.
