I could watch that Heinze goal celebration over and over again. I mean, he looked fucking ecstatic. It was painfully reminiscent of
Ayala's header against Germany in 2006. So many times in the second half I thought Nigeria was going to nick a goal and even the score, and it was extremely frustrating to have the Nigerian goalkeeper Enyeama deny Messi time and again. But frankly speaking, I never expected Argentina to bedazzle. I think the media hypes them too much, and Nigeria today was seen as sort of the "underdog" with an excellent goalkeeper to boot. No wonder people gave my Argies so much flak after their performance tonight. I am cautiously optimistic about our win, because, really, with Maradona at the helm, god knows what would happen. Korea Republic might prove a stern test for La Albiceleste next Thursday, so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
