This is our greatest defense
This week went by slowly. It was a tough one for me.
Fridays are always fun, though. The dinner squad went to the mall this time. We rode in JT's MUSTANG! But he's a terrible driver, so it was quite an experience!
I think our performance went really well!! Mr. Dunn is right, this is the best show we've ever done. I think we'll have a good chance at States this year! It just seems like everything is really coming together this year. We have Sarah and Mrs. Sava, the CG geniuses, enough CG to actually have effect, great drill, awesome players. I'm excited!
So, TKA boys are pretty upsetting. Rachel knows! They're perfectly fine with conforming to the stereotypes that the world gives them. It makes me sad. "Do not be conformed to the world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Love that verse. But I'll be elsewhere in some months.
Speaking of which...
I got accepted to UCF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm incredibly excited!!!!!!!! Even though they lost the game against the Longhorns :(. But they put up a really good fight and were SO CLOSE!!!!
Anyways, do I even need to say that Fridays was fun? No, it always is.
So this morning I think Mr. Silva got the cross country team lost at Okeeheelee (way too many e's) park, because we went to pick up Scotty and they were nowhere to been seen for half an hour! My mom was freaking out, but then we found Ben Lopez (the hero of the story) waiting for Mandy. It was all ok in the end.
So, this weekend will be pretty chill. I'm going to help out with props tomorrow. That'll be fun!
