When I play my trumpet, AMAZING things happen!
I'm glad this week is over.
Drum Corp was fun! I sat with Hailey on the bus and I love her. I sat with Lauren during the show and I love her. None of the shows really stood out to me as amazing. That happened to me a couple years ago, too. Last year, I loved Phantom and Cavies, and there were a lot of really cool shows. But I guess it just didn't cature me this year. I have no more respect for the Cadets! Too many nerdy voiceovers! I did like the Carolina Crown show. It was fun! And whichever show had that really good duet (Phantom?). And the people who did the Picasso show- just cause the colorguard had super cute dresses. I saw a bunch of random people I know- Jess and all her friends, naturally, a girl that I used to go to church with, and a girl that works at Gun Club Cafe. Random! I chatted with different band kiddos. It was good. I wish some of my older homies had gone though. I hope we get some more senior action at these band events!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I finished my Frankenstein project and all I need to do for Wuthering Heights is write my 2 page essay. Now I only have 2 chapters of bio, 3 stories for Spanish, and a poster!!
Prefect stuff this morning= really fun! We gave the teachers a jazzy speech and they loved it/us. Then we all stayed after and did nothing. Alex and I argued over geography while Chelsey and Jordan argued over which pastel cutouts they wanted to put on the school spirit poster. But for real, this year is going to kick butt. Watch out, TKA, the prefects actually want to do stuff!! SENIORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to Moe's with Emily, got my hair cut a little (saw Mrs. Sava and Nick at the salon. Love them!), and watched Funny Face with the fam. Audrey is my favorite person. Ever.
It's looking like I'm not going to be able to sleep in again until Christmas.
