The cauliflower did not turn out so well...don't freeze cauliflower guys. It doesn't keep well. It gets.. weird. I chucked it. But... BUT THE CHICKEN WAS THE BEST CHICKEN I'VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. OMFG. I couldn't put the lemons in it because citrus is on my elimination list (which I forgot when I was picking out recipes..) so Brad put it on without the lemons and OH GOD. OH MY GOD. I can't tell if it's just the recipe or if it's because I bought an organic chicken...
