“It’s mine.” Kyuhyun gritted his teeth as he eyed the laptop case that Ryeowook was holding onto. “Someone gave me that yesterday for my laptop.”
“But, I found this in the garbage can this morning.” Ryeowook defended himself. He had nothing to hide, he had indeed found the casing inside the trash bin. He was almost confused at Kyuhyun’s soft expression before the magnae spoke up again.
“I don’t care, it’s mine so give it back.” Kyuhyun nodded at Ryeowook, beckoning him to play along, the mischievous magnae’s eyes twinkling. Ryeowook scowled before nodding in agreement.
“But it’s dirty, you’ll only get your laptop dirty if you use it now.” Ryeowook purposely raised his voice.
“Ugh fine, I’ll just get Sungmin to buy me another one.” Kyuhyun winked at Ryeowook, the eternal magnae slowly shaking his head as he tossed the pink casing back into the garbage can. Ryeowook had already suspected it was his own doing.
Kyuhyun mouthed a few words of thanks and went back into his room.
“But I just bought you one yesterday.” Sungmin’s sleepy groan could be heard from all the way outside in the kitchen.
“Someone threw it away, and besides, it was pink.” Ryeowook chuckled when Kyuhyun began whining towards Sungmin, his pleads loud and clear about wanting a normal coloured laptop skin.

“I can’t stop thinking about you...” His voice simmered away in the silent night, the lyrics of their latest song absorbing into the furniture. “Cuz I can’t stop thinking about you...”
“About who?”
“Kyu, why are you here?” Sungmin straightened his back and swung the computer chair around to face the magnae. “I thought you were in China doing promotions and stuff.”
“I missed you, so I asked Hangeng to let me off for a few days. Besides we weren’t doing anything at the moment, and they wanted to go sightseeing and stuff.” Kyuhyun sat on the armrest of his computer chair. “Plus he needed me to bring back gifts so Heechul would stop complaining.”
Sungmin chuckled. He missed Kyuhyun a lot ever since he went to China to do promotional activities for their sub group, but it was nothing rivaled with Heechul, who was whining and complaining about Hankyung not being there with him.
“I missed you too, hyung.” Kyuhyun pulled Sungmin into a tight hug as they continued staring out the window, the countless stars lighting up the dark night.

“Show me!!” Donghae chirped as he leaned closer forward. His eyes widened even further when Ryeowook took off the packaging.
“Hush...” The eternal magnae snapped back at Donghae, something that was definitely a rare sight.
“I want to see it, Ryeowookie-ah.” Donghae whined as he bounced up and down on his chair.
“But you just saw it five minutes ago.” Ryeowook muttered while trying to get the ribbon diagonally across the box.
“Show me, show me.” Donghae chirped again, his bouncy enthusiasm disrupting the magnae’s concentration.
“Okay fine, one last time before this is going back in the refrigerator.” Ryeowook announced happily when he finally took off the packaging around the decorated cake.
“It’s wonderful.” Donghae stuck out a finger and dabbed at the side of the chocolate cake. Ryeowook watched, horrified as everything went into slow motion, as the flawless icing became indented with a finger print.
“You did not just ruin Sungmin-hyung’s birthday cake.” Ryeowook watched in disbelief as Donghae greedily lapped at the sweet delight on his index finger.
“Oh, Min won’t mind.” Donghae smiled and took another decorative swirl on his finger. “He loves me too much.”
Ryeowook put two fingers near his mouth and made gagging noises while Donghae continued his giggling.

“Donghae-ah.” Sungmin whispered, breaking the silence of the night.
“What?” Donghae rolled over and faced the older boy, his arm already wrapping around his shoulder to bring their two bodies closer together.
“If you had one wish, what would you wish for?”
“I want to spend the rest of my life with you.” Donghae widened his grin as Sungmin playfully slapped his chest.
“I’m being serious, what would you wish for?” Sungmin’s eyes sparkled in the night, the twinkle mimicking the starry night sky. “Like, it would be granted no matter.”
“I want to spend the rest of my life with you.” Donghae stopped smiling and gazed lovingly into Sungmin’s eyes. “I was being serious too.”
Sungmin smiled and wrapped his arm around the dancer’s body, both boys content and warm.
