“Jongwoon ah, you can take Kangin now.” Sungmin called the man over, motioning his scissors as he spun his chair and slid over to another customer.

Kangin got up from his chair after some casual talk with his hair stylist. Joonwoon put on a comfortable robe on him, his hands reaching around his waist to help him tie a bow. Kangin awkwardly raised his arms for him.

“Thank you, this way please.” Jongwoon directed Kangin over to the back of the salon. “The middle one please.”

Kangin hopped onto the black cushioned chair and slid his head just over the sink. Yesung took a dark, almost black, towel and placed it on top of Kangin’s chest.

Kangin closed his eyes as he heard the water running, seconds later the soothing hot water doused his head, soaking through each strand of his hair.

“Is… is the temperature okay?” Jongwoon asked meekly when Kangin opened his eyes and saw a pair of deep onyx eyes staring back at him. Kangin quickly directed his attention to the polka dotted clear shower curtain that separated the hairwash basins from the chair.

“Yes, yes it is perfect.” Kangin blurted out softly as he saw Jongwoon smile, a warm smile, as he dove his fingers into Kangin’s hair. His small slender fingers, mixed with the lukewarm water, worked wonders as the man expertly loosened his hair, ridding it from the hair wax

Yesung pumped two pumps of shampoo onto his head and began scrubbing his scalp. Kangin constantly found himself staring at the man on top of him, for brief short seconds, catching the fine details of his beautiful face. His heart began thumping faster and faster as Jongwoon’s fingers worked at his hair, quickening the pace as he loosened it and prepared it for Sungmin to cut.

He would dart his eyes away whenever he made direct eye contact with the man, only to see Jongwoon smiling politely whenever he did so. It gradually became a game of cat and mouse, avoiding each other’s gaze as Jongwoon worked at his hair for copious amounts of time.

The water turned back on as Kangin felt the hand tug lightly on his hair, making him want more. Forcing himself not the smile like a retard when Jongwoon had asked him if the temperature was suitable, he nodded as he continued staring at Jongwoon.

His small lips and rosy cheeks complimented his small beautiful face. His dark alluring eyes were slightly covered by his stylish bangs that dropped over his face, covering and uncovering just enough skin.

The water turned off, snapping Kangin out of his thoughts as Jongwoon pumped two squirts of liquid from a different bottle.

His hands began massaging Kangin’s scalp. His small fingertips kneading Kangin’s forehead, focusing around his brow and temple, loosening the skin from all the stress. It was indescribable as Kangin let out a small moan, his eyes never leaving Jongwoon’s face.

“Is it too hard?” The man asked as he abruptly stopped his massage, his face worried if he had hurt the man and would get a scolding from Sungmin later.

“No no, keep going…” Kangin breathed out faintly, “it feels really really good.”

His silver cross earrings jingled up and down as Jongwoon continued delivering his first class massage to Kangin, his hands going from his temple down to his neck, working at the tense muscles.

“You can relax your shoulders.” Jongwoon smiled sweetly as he told Kangin in that deep enthralling voice. Suddenly the pleasure doubled as Jongwoon worked his neck and around his ears, his fingers placing ever so gentle touches against his skin with perfect amounts of force.

Kangin moaned again and he saw the smaller man bite his lip to prevent laughter. Kangin punched himself inside his head; he must look like some retard in front of Jongwoon now.

Jongwoon’s fingers did large circles around his head as Kangin shuffled his body against the smooth plastic chair. It actually felt like a piece of heaven as Kangin floated his way to the sky, stress free and the air smelling sweet. He stared at Jongwoon without bothering to look away even when their eyes met and connected. Life was good.

Kangin fished out his wallet and pulled out a $20 bill and one of his personal cards with his information as Jongwoon had turned on the water and began rinsing the green apple conditioner off his hair.

The sounds of the splashing water died down as Jongwoon reached over and took the cloth lying on his chest and wiped his hands with one side. He flipped the towel over and began drying Kangin’s hair, his fingers leaving faint touches against his skin through the thick material.

Jongwoon politely ushered him off the lounge chair and directed him back to the seat. At the same time Kangin stuffed the bill and his card to the man, forcing it between his denying hands before Kangin forced it in.

Kangin sat down on the chair and looked at the image of himself in the mirror.

Sure he had dark eye bags and his hair was a frizzled mess without any artificial hair product decorating the strands. He swore he saw a pimple forming on the right side of his forehead. His lips were somewhat dry and chapped; he needed his moisturizing lipsticks from his bag.

But that didn’t matter as Kangin flashed a real smile, not some fake, plastic smile he had to plaster on whenever he had to film a show or a recording. A genuine, real smile that encased his came from his heart, as he looked at Jongwoon standing above him, who dabbed at his hair tenderly with the towel, ridding the strands of moisture. Jongwoon’s equally happy face looked so peaceful, tranquil as he carefully placed touches against Kangin’s head.

Kangin’s smile grew bigger as he placed his large hands over Jongwoon’s smaller hand and made eye contact with the mirror, their eyes locking on the reflective surface. He smiled on the inside when Jongwoon had not retracted his hand from his touch as they continued drying his hair with their hands connected. The man blushed and continued ridding the droplets of water on his head as he tugged at the hair, causing Kangin to yelp in pain.

It didn’t matter. Kangin liked the pain Jongwoon inflicted on him. Kangin never believed in love at first sight, but this was different. Completely different from his old ‘love at first sights’ with those fake plastic women that he had to film with. This was the complete opposite.

Kangin mouthed the words call me when Jongwoon quickly shuffled his feet away to do cleaning while Sungmin attacked at Kangin’s hair with his pair of scissors. Later that night his phone vibrated as he flipped it open and was greeted with the same beautiful voice he had heard in the afternoon.
