Madre's Day
As commercialized as it is, I think my mom is well worth having a single day named after her self. I got her an LCD Monitor for her 2nd computer, for her ridiculous paranoia of viruses and hackers. But, I will indulge in her crazy delusions in hopes of receiving some peace.
I used to write poems every year for her, I really wasn't up to the task this year. I honestly enjoy well written poems, not half cheesy ones where you just rhyme very short words and just say cliched things; here I go off the top of my head:
mommy give birth to me on a sunday evening
if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be breathing
she's spectacular like the first woman on Eden
she married the wreck known as my dad and gave me the last name Stevens

Anyways, I couldn't find the inspiration to write those awe inspiring ones, I think it's due to listening to too much rap lately. Makin' me lose my poetic edge. haha
We're gonna order pizza and watch a movie, which is tres cool in my mind.
Oh, I watched the movie Precious yesterday, that movie made me tear up like 5 times, it was so depressing.
