week #1 of cosmetology complete. phew.
tonight was funny girl opening night. i almost had heart failure 5 minutes before i had to leave b/c i couldnt find my star pin that i wear for everyyy show. i turned my room upside down but finally managed to find it thank god. its not really that it's lucky per say, it's just comforting. it helps me. i've worn it for almost every show ive done since footloose at usdan. i wasn't gonna livejournal but i felt i needed to record my first show in florida the night it went up :)
it was bittersweet. more sweet tho. it's not that i don't like it here. i really love it. but i miss home so much.
