I have interenet at home again
Would you believe I have gone without internet at home for six weeks? I can't. It just didn't take a priority. I have been so busy with the new job and trying to adjust to a new city that some of the little things have had to wait. I have even setup a wifi connection, so that I have wifi for the laptop and a hard line for the PC. Might not be big deal to some, but it was one of the things that got vetoed when I was living with Lesley.
Things are finally starting to wind down at work for end of financial year. I will be off to the US in July, so I will feel the disconnect with the internet, again. Though my mom tells me that the places we will be staying in California will all have free internet.
It will be good to visit my sister who is 30 weeks pregnant. She has been stuck on a coach working for the last six weeks, because she had contractions. She is doing fine though as is the baby. The girls are going with me and they will be getting to enjoy their first 4th of July celebration.
I am up to listening to any advise for dealing with children on a long flight. I have done a long flight once with the girls and it was difficult. They were a three years younger and Lesley doesn't travel that well either, so I am hoping it will be easier without her and that the girls being older will help. Yes, I am taking the girls on a overseas flight by myself. This why I am asking for advice.
Anyway, it is good to feel connected at home again.
