I LOVE Christmas.
This past weekend we bought our Christmas tree! It's a beaut. Perfectly proportioned, even distribution of branches, and Jordana did an AMAZING job with the decorations. We laid pine branches on the mantle, and I bought a new train stocking holder.
Monday I took off from work on account of a hangover. At first I thought, "You're twenty seven and you're taking off work because of a hangover?" Then I thought, "You're only twenty seven! You're taking off work because of a hangover!" So I figured, hey, I'm nauseous, my head is pounding, I'm exhausted, I can barely move, it's freezing out, the wind is gusting to 40 MPH... this is the PERFECT time for me to go out on my super-steep roof and hang Christmas lights! It was mildly harrowing, especially when the wind would gust, but the house looks awesome.
I LOVE Christmas!!!
