Sorry I've been gone so long, chums. My blog was temporarily moved to DonRockwell.com, a local DC food message board frequented by some of the best chefs and sommeliers in the world. Someone there nominated me to write a blog all about homemade pizza. I'm done now, though, so I'll be back here.
