head kinda spinning
The last few days have been mentally draining. Not in the "solving problems" sense. But the "trying to get/keep my life in order" sense
Car boke down Saturday night. Had it towed to Eric's garage. Due to a miscommunication on my part, Eric didn't fix it until today. But, it is fixed and I do have it back. yay.
Monday was a hassle because I had told my boss I would work the morning shift (4:30am) and I was thankful to have mommy take me into work.
Then went to Del Tech after work to register for classes. But, didn't make a payment due to knowing that I would need to give money to Eric (didn't know how much).
Tried to take a nap (I only had 4 hours of sleep), but my brain would not shut-down.
Boss called asking me to do morning shift again (4:00am this time), saying that a co-worker would drive me to work Tuesday morning... I said yes so I could make more money.
At night, there was the first roller derby meeting of the season. Gonna be a lot of fun this year. Didn't get to bed until 12midnight.
After 3.5 hours of sleep. I go to work with the help of coffee. I think I stayed awake because I was worrying about money so much.
Contacted Eric who said he would need $250 up front for parts (pay for labor later), and would fix it by 5pm. Now, I know I can't pay Del Tech until I get rent money from Leann this Friday.
So, I am paranoid I will be 'bumped' from my classes at DTCC.
Mommy got me from work and we went to lunch at Taste of India and I ate too much. Reminded me that I had not been to the gym yet this week. I need to do that first thing tomorrow.
Got a 2 hour nap before going to get my car.
Leann wanted information about the penalties of breaking the lease early. Since the apartment is in my name, she wanted to know what would happen to me if she left. I don't think she is going to leave. But, she wants to start planning for when we finally go our separate ways.
To get the $700/mo for a 2br, I had to sign a 14 month lease. Officially the lease ends on July 14, 2011. We will get June 2011 for Free. Pay for 14 days in July. Then I will get my $700 security deposit back when it is all over.
Since I am now determined to buy a house, I'm thinking that I might ask my brother if I can move-in with him for a few months to save money. He lives by himself in a large 3br house. I lived at his place for one summer back in '99. I hope he will let me do it again.
Now, with only 9 hours of sleep in the last 2 days, not in a mood to go out. I will play on the computer, watch a movie, read, then sleep well tonight.

p.s. I estimate that I am saving approx $260 by letting Eric fix my car
