need a practice space?

the dude we share a practice space with moved to mexico so we need another band or person to share our space with. its on venice and sepulveda(right behind the best del taco in los angeles) which is a 15 minute drive from hollywood. its a great little spot and it costs 250 a month. the bonus is that we are gone a lot on tour, especially in the next two months so a lot of the time you'll have the space all to yourself. the only catch is we have to know by tomorrow wether or not someone else can move in or we might have to move out at the end of october because we aren't going to be there often enough to pay 500 bucks a month.there is a 250 deposit.
