At Church when the Lights Go Out
Today at work I was upstairs by myself when a storm hit. The lights went out and I started to hear a loud rattling sound. I tried to find my way to the stairway so I could be where there was more light but it was hard to find. The exit sign above it isn't working. By the time I figured out where it was the lights came back on. I went back towards the nursery and saw that the clipboard above the beepers had been knocked off. I figured out that it was the vibrating beepers that I had heard. They are the kind that go off if they go out of range so when the electricity went out they all thought they were out of range. It was kind of a scary moment that turned funny.
