Been a busy time at work. I'm trying to get some summer texts ready for students. And, as the program I work in is slowing down, I'm doing work in other areas of the library, so it's been busy... but, that's not a bad thing. Things are getting done and the days go by.
Today is the last day of my semester. Some decisions/thoughts/changes are on the horizon. Not sure what they look like yet. It's coming.
When I looked at my reader feed this morning, some of my favourite bloggers had posted last night. It made for good reading this morning. And, there's a potential new challenge I may sign up for. (Because, really, when don't I?) But, for those beautiful athletes among my readers, I point you toward Cassie's most recent post at
Back to Her Roots,
What's Beautiful. Looks like a major athlethic company (yay local starts!),
Under Armour, is looking beyond the surface at beauty, challenge, and athletes. Pretty amazing.
[ETA: Another blog I read, by Emily at
Sweat Once a Day, posted
her goal for the UA challenge.]
This weekend will include
live music. I'm excited for
Lacuna Coil.
I am currently reading:
Running With The Mind of Meditation,
Steampunk!: An Anthology of Fantastically Rich and Strange Stories, and listening to
American Gods.
I've [still] been listening to
The Hunger Games soundtrack on repeat.
It's almost Friday.
