greetings from teachertown
hi everyone. i have a new life. i teach 7th grade in the middle of no where, texas/mexico. it's pretty interesting. keeps me on my toes. lots of things happen every day. in fact, i rarely remember what happens at the end of the day because so many things happen at once. but usually they're good. our kids have the writing taks test next week. i'm a bit nervous, but they've worked hard so i know they'll be ok.
if you haven't spoken to me in 9 months, then you won't know that i absolutely love my kids. i do. even the shitheads. i love them. and i got really depressed today when i realized i only have 3 more months with them. they're such good people. they endure tanto and are still such kind, welcoming, funny, silly people. they make me smile EVERY day.
today my special ed kid got a high level question. i mean come on. if that isn't the bomb dot com, i don't know what is.
man my lj entries have changed since I began this journal....i might add, when i was in 7th grade.
