Fanfare!
One of my favorite things of the semester- the two day camp for freshmen in Band. The concert was tonight, and it was amazing! We played the finale to Dvorak's New World Symphony (you can detect some Jaws, Pirates of the Caribbean, and John Williams who stole from it!) We actually got a student lead standing ovation!
In other news, today the nurse at the allergist thought I was 16 or 17. That's twice in two weeks. Maybe it's the new haircut??
