Today was great fun. This morning I woke up and headed to see the Bedenkops. Melissa and Katy were there too! We played hide and seek and ate cinnamon rolls. I read Josh a few books (gasp, not textbooks!) One of them had a Dr Seussy machine. From the illustration, it looked like there was an oscilloscope and so of couse I got excited. My explanation: it's a machine that turns electrical things into pictures. Stacie's viewpoint is that if I have children, they will be very weird.
I got back here, and abandoned all thoughts of doing work. It was a relief to take a day off, especially after all the tests and such. I felt compelled to vacuum, and Andrea felt compelled to move things so I could vacuum. Then we noticed a smell.
The diagnosis was that there was too much hair trapped, and we needed to disassemble. So we called Trevor! And he fixed it, and Andrea's radiator. It's just so encouraging to have a male friend who helps you and it isn't awkward.
Tacos and CatchPhrase/Apples to Apples rounded out the day. Laughter, fun, friends, food. Ahh! So tomorrow it's back to working, but today, today was good.
