Toccata and Fugue in D Minor

I am disgusted. Literally, very much disgusted.

There has been the most disgusting, enormous, frigging annoying bastard in my house all day. It is the freaking granddaddy of all flies. This thing is about an inch big--I kid you not. A frecking inch! And it makes the most annoying buzz ever, is half retarded, and likes to hitch a ride on my head.

It also seems to follow me wherever I go in the house, which, let me tell you, is not cool.

And then my cat ate it.

Cat: 1000000
Universe: 1/2

I love my cat to bits of death, but not when she eats bugs. I have this dilemma about it, though. I love her so much, in fact, that even while she's gnawing on some unfortunate, and fortunately deceased, creature, I go "Awwwwh, isn't she cyoot? <3" when, really, no. No, it's not. Not at all.

So I'm very conflicted about her eating this fly. On one hand, I adore her for getting rid of it. But... it's gross. Disgusting, even.

And when she jumps up on my lap--and I know this is going to happen--and starts licking herself, I'm going to be so disgusted.

The things I do for my cat. -sigh-

news, battle of the bugs, death
