The Final Countdown

So last week was my 21st Birthday finally. I celebrated it for about 6 days straight, and I wasn't even trashed any of the nights, haha. Tuesday night Lydia took me out for my first drink at a bar in the North End she likes to go to. Tuesday was also my last day of classes. i just had to write a paper & take a final & i was completely done! That's one hell of a 21st B-day present right there. anyways, then wednesday i went to the Red Sox Game w/Jimmy, Lori and Lydia. Neither Tozzi or Lori had ever gone to see the sox before, so that was cool for them to see what it's all about. Tozzi's becoming an obsessive Mike Lowell fan now, haha. We all also finally got to drink our first legal alcoholic beverages at fenway. i got my $7 wine for free because it was my B-day - sweet! they lost and of course it was down the the 9th inning and "my husband" struck out. then jim and lori stayed over at my apartment for more booze, movies & scrabble, cz we're all too poor for Cask n Flagon. We were lucky enough the game didn't get rained out too, but it was a great night still. Then Thursday my mom took me out to lunch. it was a really streesful day because we drove around a lot looking for the right place to eat and we couldn't find guitar hero. but the day got better because my mom found it and bought it for me later. Then John came to visit me. We went out to eat in the North End, walked around Boston, hung out here & played video games. He's such a great guy! I'm glad he visited me for my B-day :-*. Then Friday i hung out w/John in the morning, then i worked Boston Ballet. My first day there was really stressful and I thought I would end up quitting, but Friday was a lot easier! It was hard to go to work and leave John, haha, but it was not bad at all considering. Then Friday I was really excited for the dome, but, it ended up being a weird night, because a lot of people went bowling/to the carnival and didnt come home til late. but it's always a good time there. Lori Erin & I went to Applebees to get drinks too that night when it was especially quiet at the dome. then saturday and sunday i went to spring fling in plymouth to visit with jen. it was fun, but not even half as good as last year. it wasn't as friendly or exciting. not to mention some people were acting crazy drunk and were being assholes, which kind of ruined everyone's night.

today i got in a big fight w/jen on our way home. i swear it's a plymouth tradition, we always bitch each other out, probably cz we get sick of driving & hanging out together or something. but everything's fine. we were laughing about how retarded our plymouth fights end up being, so it was nothing major - just kind of funny and stupid. i went to the carnival with lori today and went on my favorite ride, the zipper! always have loved that thing. this week will be good. working at stoppie & the majestic, six flags FDT style on saturday, hopefully visiting provi once this week, practicing guitar heroooooo. I already beat the game on easy the first night i tried it, so i cannot wait to beat all the higher levels! im working 9am tomorrow, so i better split...

oh yeah - totally forgot. i got my grades for the semester tonight, and somehow i managed to make Dean's list. I'm real excited. I got two B's in Ethics and Shakespeare. Then I got two A's in Comedy Writing and Music. i thought for sure Shakespeare would screw me over, but i guess my papers must have been good.
