On a completely different note however,
I made Soup tonight!
FANCY PANTS SOUP!!
Borschti? Bor...BORSCHT! Borscht soup!!!
It was just like the kind I had at Sakura Cafe!!...Well not exactly, we had different bread, meat and my potatoes were a tad soggy...
but for the first time ever making it it was WOOOONDERFUUUUL!!!

You can skip the 3 hours to cook nonsense by using a different but similar type of meat. That's what I did (Only because they didn't have SHANK at my store) Or just use less meat I guess...
Also, I added potatoes to mine even though that recipie doesn't call for it.
But dood, the potatoes make it a gazillion times more delicious.

The fun part is shredding the beets. My hands were all purply-red.
