Pudding
You would think how much I talk about pudding I would have made some by now. Well I have. I have taken the powder from the nice box you get at the store and put some milk in it. That's making pudding, right? WRONG. I finally yesterday took a crack at making some chocolate pudding. I used a recipe I got from Cooks.com as the base. (It wasn't a very good one. It listed milk in the ingredient list and then proceeded to not list what to do with it.) I also had to use semisweet choco chips instead of a baker's chocolate, and I forgot the butter. Anyway. The result is something edible, but it could use a lot of work. It certainly did not make me want to hork or anything.
