so today was officially one of the worst days of my life.
Every single customer I came into contact today was an escalation. They all yelled at me and whatever i tried to do for them wasn't exactly what they wanted so they called customer service and yelled at them and said i was mean so of course they get exactly what they want.
and the guy i've been seeing since october decides that we're not "syncing" and breaks up with me.
