I think I'd go between 99% and 100%, on the idea that 100 is never possible. I'd probably pick something liek 99.9999% The one in a million shot of innocence seems good enough. I mean, I know that sucks for the odd innocent person convicted, but it would be extremely rare, and society as a whole would be worse off if absolutely no one was convicted. This is so long as there is no death sentence. If there were a death sentence involved I wouldn't convict even if the card did spit out 100%.
