You can't hotlink the image from the original site (it works ok if you type the URL in a browser). Re-host it somewhere else, and then change the link.

I don't think everybody is going to do this but as I said there are people on my list who don't know Char at all or don't have him on their list (Daphne, Sue, Alice,...) so... :o
