I said I was
going back to the freezing river and some local abandoned buildings, with a better camera and a worse one. These are from the better, a digital camera put on all the same manual settings as my grainy film camera. It's a trick I learned from some poor art students years ago, using digital as a backup and a very exacting light meter. I am now even more looking forward to finding out quite what the
Holga got after all. And since I have the digital as a backup, in a way, and since I can theoretically re-shoot this if I need to, I may just try and develop my own damn film for the first time in fifteen years, as soon as I get a chance to buy the developer. Here goes nothing.
