I Promise I've Never Used These Sights...Really! leggomymego513 January 14 2006, 19:59:31 UTC
Well... when I typed the phrase "searching for essays online" into google, and it came up with 30,000,000 hits. Here are some of the top finds:

cheathouse.com
www.antiessay.com
www.freeessays.cc/research-links.shtml
www.freeessays.tv
www.essaydepot.com
www.myessays.com

It scathes me how many sights are out there. Some of the essays are even free! As for sights teachers use to find the cheaters, I really don't know. Have you tried googling phrases of the essay? It might be interesting what you come up with!

you can make your students turn in their essays online, and the program searches the whole paper for plaigarism... I'm not sure if your school has to subscribe to it or anything, but I've turned in papers from Spring Arbor there before. It is www.turnitin.com (I think!) Good luck!! Miss you!!
