It's been awhile...
I have not had a decent post I think in a long while... not sure what happened really but I think I have just gotten side tracked by a million other things.
So as back in the day I am bored at work lol... well not really bored but I've gotten to a stopping point and have a break until new stuff comes in so I decided to come on and check how my livejournal buddies are doing and if anyone still actually reads this thing anymore!
So it's Wednesday and the World Series starts tonight!! I'm so excited that the Sox are in it this year... Baseball is really my most favorite sport and the longer I can watch it the better. There is something to say about seeing your team and your city on TV for the World to see... little ol' Fenway Park. I have my Beckett jersey ready to go for tonight... here is to another week of lack of sleep!!! ugh... so worth it though!
This weekend should be good as well... lately our local karaoke bar Legends we have not gone to much... our DJ who has been there since we started going a few years back has moved to the Cape (for you non-MA people its about a 1hr and a half to 2 hour drive) so he can't do this bar anymore :( This Friday is his last night and it is kind of sad like the end of an era sort of... Friday is also the bar's big Halloween bash which I am psyched about... I am going as Strawberry Shortcake and I'm doing it all up this year can't wait to get pictures of that!! :) Then Saturday our friend Cathy is throwing a big bash as her new condo... her and her neighbor are throwing a "Heaven and Hell" party... where one place will be decorated like Heaven with Angels food cake and jello shots and the other like Hell with Devil Dogs and Hot balls... should be good time..
So other than the Red Sox and Halloween it's been pretty quiet around here... same old job and working and then going home and going to the gym... not anything too exciting... We are getting our Final Wedding album tomorrow though... it seems like that was so long ago but I guess after planning it for over a year for one day and then its over like that 6 months seems so weird... It is much less stressful not planning though which I dont miss too much.
Well now it is 1 pm and I havent eaten lunch today so I think I'm going to go hunt something down to eat before its 5 and I have to go home! Hope everyone is well :)
