Back to School
Did not write one entry during summer vacation, as I rarely found myself sitting in front of my laptop with nothing to do. Classes start tmrw, and after that, I am sure there will be plenty to do here. Am finally all settled in, and I must say...the room looks sharp. The lighting was god-awful, so I bought a lovely, cheap, multi-colored floor lamp from Target which has imporved things substantially. Started a new job with a comfy computer chair and my own office (4 hours a week anyway). I get absolutely no cell reception in my room, which is awful because my phone won't even ring if some kind person is trying to reach me. *pout* seriously am considering switching to cingular because it gets much better reception, though I gets loads more tmobile minutes for my buck. At least I am not a freshman right now. Am very disappointed in the ND library, as it does not contain the next Lymond book I desire (the first one was fab, thanks for the lend, Mo). Think I ought to give Mom a phone call...
